This book involves the intriguing romance of Cara Michal and Braden Duke. Honestly, I did not even read what the book was about as the fine man on the cover had me hook, line, and sinker.

Cara Michal works as a analyst for Dubois & Mellan (D&M) on Wall Street and is a workaholic. Because of her father’s past, Cara is taking care of her mom and elder brother, who has treatment-resistant schizophrenia, and is living in an assisted living facility paid by Cara.
